A participative strategy for the selection of professions

Each year, a “Strategic Guideline Document” is adopted by the Consultation and Approval Committee (CODA) by French-speaking management and labour representatives and public employment services. This document sets guidelines for the mechanism within the legal framework. Furthermore, this Commission gradually clarifies the professions for which Skill Certificates should be made accessible. From year to year, the mechanism shall widen the remit of qualifications by favouring pathways which lead to qualifications.
